How does Scribigo work?

The basic principle is simple:

- You upload any document or insert a text.
- You discuss with the AI what should be done with the document
- The AI revises your document, carries out analyses or translates it
- You can see all changes in the preview and check them
- At the end, download your revised document again

What's special: Your formatting, paragraph layout, etc. remain completely intact or are improved by scribigo as required.

You can also ask the AI to add suggestions for improvement as comments or improve the text based on existing comments.

The scribigo AI agent has a very comprehensive collection of over 100 revision and analysis tools for almost all use cases that arise when working with documents and texts. So that it doesn't get too complicated, you can talk directly to the AI agent and let it carry out the work.

How do Scribits work?

Scribits are the “currency” of Scribigo. You can buy them and use them to correct, revise, translate and analyse texts and documents. Scribit costs vary depending on the function selected.

Examples:
- Scene analysis = 0.1 scribits per word
- Logic check = 0.1 scribits per word
- Content exposé = 0.2 scribits per word
- Proofreading, translation etc. = 1 scribit per word
- 1 agent request = 500 scribits

What are the advantages of a subscription?

Your subscription gives you attractive discounts on Scribit packages and access to all premium features.

You can combine a subscription with a Docu-Flat at any time (even retrospectively).

How does the Docu-Flat work?

As soon as you have uploaded a document to the agent chat, you can activate a Docu-Flat for the document (= the active order). You will then no longer be deducted scribits for agent requests or for any analyses, corrections, revisions, translations of the document, etc. You can pause your work at any time and resume it later.

The only restriction: As soon as you download your document to edit it manually in Word, for example, and upload it again later, it is considered a new document or new order.

Do I need a subscription for the Docu-Flat?

No. However, the subscription gives you access to various premium functions that are otherwise not available.

You can book a subscription in addition to the Docu-Flat at any time (even retrospectively) and vice versa.

Will my scribits expire at some point?

No! All scribits you receive are valid "endlessly" as long as you have an active account with scribigo. You can continue to use the scribits even after a subscription period has expired.
